Do they make it with Velcro instead of suction cup?

How would you apply the suction cups to the rectangular EZ pass? Those just come with velcro strips

Pennsylvania and New Jersey have been shipping rectangular EZ Pass transponders that come with transparent suction cups: they look just like the SunPass and UNI Pass transponders. If you have a rectangular EZ Pass with velcro strips, the silicone skin will fit and you can attach the transponder to the windshield with the strips, but the suction cups can't be applied. I hope this helps!

is there one more specific to fit the ezpass/nj? rectangular one. i found it doesnt fit and used it instead w/sunpass transponder. i do need one ezpas

No, sorry. If you have the rectangular NJ pass with interlocking strips (with flat back side), we do not make a specific skin for it. This one covers the model with suction cups, as shown in the photos.

Will this fit California Fastrak Flex transponder?

No, this cover is not designed for Fastrak Flex. Although the silicone skin might approximately fit the size of the Fastrak Flex transponder, the toggle for "1 person / 2 people / 3 people" selection would end up covered by the silicone and thus inaccessible. And you wouldn't be able to use the included suction cups.
