Awful
This thing is a joke. No instructions whatsoever, and the video that’s supposed to show how to set this up was not even slightly helpful, unless you want to watch 3 minutes of someone plugging in the product and then watch them download an app. Once it gets to the setup part, the screens/options in the video aren’t the same as what my app shows. There’s text on the side of the screen prompting you to do things that aren’t even options. After several days of my husband and I both trying to set it up, and looking online for solutions, we are returning it.

USED to work well...
This camera used to be perfect! It was so cheap and I could access the footage from anywhere. It was too good to be true. A few months ago my camera stopped connecting to the app. I then took to the apps reviews and noticed many others were unable to connect to the app due an error that the developer will not fix. I have a feeling that they will choose not to fix the problem, making this camera now worthless.

Difficult Set-up!
I'm sure if I could get this thing to work, I would love it, especially for the price... However, I can't get the thing to connect! The instructions are garbage, then contacting customer service is pointless. I am going to be returning this after my last attempt of getting this camera to connect! (If it doesn't connect, obviously.) What a pain.

Great quality!
The picture quality is amazing! I got this camera to keep and eye on our 90 year old grandmother who has dementia while she’s in her room. The night vision on this is fantastic! I highly recommend this!

I can see if the washer is done in the basement!
I love it especially the little Santa hat and scarf, seriously! These must be left over from Christmas. The same thing in regular packaging is $35. Straightforward setup and config. Very sharp video. Clear, two-way audio.

Never could get it to work.
Nothing I tried could get it connected to my wifi. The directions supplied, in the package or on their website, were using a completely different interface than what was actually in the app.returned it...

Was awesome got here quick.
Love this cam. I would change the speakers so there was volume adjustment. The speakers are very quiet on cam when you speak in to it, so ppl being recorded can here you. Needs to be louder
