It is already the 2nd time I check it to check it to send it to my grandmother who suffers from dry eyes and discomfort due to an allergy and this intention suited her well. Its effects are good because it relieves her very well after a week of use. The price is affordable, I get super fast, well protected and well celled.

I recently had upper eyelid surgery (for medical not cosmetic reasons) & needed to use ophthalmic ointment for a full week after. I till need to apply the ointment for 2 more days & every day I have seen & felt an improvement. I apply this 3-4 times a day, following each warm water compress I need to do in order to keep the eyelid skin moist & from drying out. It might only be a 1/8 oz tube but the ointment "melts" into the surgical area it's applied to & you don't need much. The 1/8 oz tube holds a lot more than I thought it would. As the area has been healing, I was developing "itchies" in the stitch area. Ugh! Drove me up the wall. As soon as I applied it, ahhh, relief. The tube has a tapered nozzle making it easy to apply even in smaller areas. The tube is easy to open it. Just pull the cap off & when you put the cap back on, lightly press the top & you'll feel it click in place. It's not greasy & doesn't feel heavy on my lids. I tapped each application along the stitches using my fingertip & I am still able to wear my eye glasses afterwards. I needed this for my eyes to heal properly & to keep the surrounding & included skin healthy. It has covered all the requirements my doctor had directed me to do for follow-up.

The ointment seems to be working as well as Muro128, and is less expensive. I applied it last ninght and had no pain or irritation throughout the eight-hour sleep. I recommend it!

It works. Be aware that the tube is minuscule. I was shocked at how tiny the tube is. But, it works.

I have been using Muro 128 ointment for years and it is very expensive and I was hesitant to try any other products although the ingredients were the same as Muro 128. After doing more research of Welmate eye ointment, I decided to give it a try and I am very satisfied and more over it is very reasonable cost. Works great as Muro 128 and I will purchase again!

This is not the same as Muro. The consistency is not as “creamy” I guess. It makes globs that make it harder to stay in your eye, so you might end up wasting some. I will go back to Muro.

If you have recurrent corneal erosion (RCE), this is the only thing that prevents the morning agony.... I use it every night and wake up fine!

I have continued eye pain that resists any lubricating eye drops. Unfortunately, this product was no better than the rest of them.
