I couldnโt love it more!
I love ramen, but am diabetic, so Iโm always looking for healthy alternatives and am usually disappointed. Not this time! I love everything about this delicious ramen! Yes, it is more expensive than traditional ramens, however, itโs a small price to pay for my health

Itโs the after thatโs the problem
Warning for all those in search of dream ramen that tastes great but is low carb and doesnโt cause you gut rot : this ainโt it! The good: seasoning packet is pretty good, surprising level of spice and lemongrass. It is filling*. The bad: everything else- noodles are like cooked rubber bands (but after first bite, the bad aftertaste is less detectable.) but arenโt the worst low carb thing Iโve had. Itโs doable howeverโฆ The really BAD: once your digestive track gets a hold of it, the really bad stuff happens- nausea/vomiting, burps/vomiting, toilet related issues. Sooooo NOT worth the few carbs you โsaveโ. Run away! I really wanted this to work- if they didnโt jack up my stomach/gut thereโs a chance I might have grabbed some when I was desperate for some ramen but no way is this worth it!

immi Tom Yum "Shrimp" Ramen
Noodles were OK... Plant Based, Keto Friendly, High Protein, Low Carb which seem a step up from cheap Ramen noodles. It was OK with some add-ons like some dehydrated veggies.. I was a little disappointed - I thought the stir-in packet might have a hint of dehydrated shrimp or some flavor of shrimp but no... And I certainly didn't get "Abundant with notes of lemongrass, citrus, and chili." But I did get a lingering note of chili.. Not overpowering. Would I try it again - I'm not sure and for $8.60, probably not. Though, I do have an order for Black Garlic "Chicken" that hasn't been delivered yet and for $3.99 it's better than the shrimp price but still high for what you get. I do like the low carb, protein, plant based. Noodles were a bit chewy, but not bad.

Pricey, but tasty, easy to prepare and nutritious
I have prepared "bricks" of supermarket ramen before (usually on the stovetop), but this was the first time I tried preparing a "healthy" or craft ramen "brick". Supermarket ramen "bricks" traditionally claim to offer 2 servings each (although hungry students & broke newlyweds like us back in the day could easily consume an entire "brick" each); this Immi ramen, however, clearly states that the entire package is a single serving. The calorie count is comparable to that of supermarket ramen cups, and the sodium level is slightly less than that of most (but not all) ramen cups. The fat level (especially saturated fat) is considerably higher than I'd like, but the protein and fiber content can't be beat. I used my microwavable ramen bow to prepare the Immi ramen pouch, and was happy to see that there were instructions specifically for microwave preparation on the package (something lacking from supermarket ramen "brick" packages). The suggested cooking & standing time seemed just right, producing noodles easy to chew without my dentures, but not so soft as to fall apart. I drained most of the liquid from the ramen bowl before adding the seasoning packet (which I perhaps shouldn't have done); however, there was enough liquid left in the bowl to dissolve the powdered seasoning and give a nice coating to the noodles, with just a little flavored broth left in the bottom of the bowl. Because I've had shrimp-flavored ramen before, but never "tom yum shrimp", I expected (and found) a slight shrimp flavor, but was concerned that this might be too spicy for me. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this was savory, but not truly spicy, and therefore perfect for someone like me, whose digestion is "born to be mild". The only topping I added was some shredded cheese (my go-to, readily available topping choice with any ramen). I can easily imagine a variety of toppings being added to this, according to the diner's taste. This was a tasty, easy-to-prepare ramen pouch overall, with a savory flavor which included a reasonable vegan mimic of its shrimp component. This is still considerably more expensive for a single serving than supermarket ramens (in cups or pouches), so I was thankful that I was able to experiment by purchasing a single pouch of this flavor, before committing to Immi's usual 6-packs of pouches. That caveat aside, however, if one doesn't mind spending a bit more for this brand of ramen, one will get both good flavor and a great nutritional "bang for the buck". Recommended.

Good Healthy
A bit pricey but good flavor and a healthy alternative to noodles that are made of carbohydrates.

This is very expensive - over 12 dollars for one small bag... I think the taste is fine if you cook the noodles long enough. I like what they are doing here, they just need get the price under control.

Horrible. Just horrible.
Disgusting. The noodles are these weird rubber cardboard things.. I hardly ever write negative reviews but at over $4 a package, I feel itโs my civic duty to keep the rest of you from this awful experience. There are other protein ramen brands out there and you can literally pick any of them and theyโre better than this. Just hot garbage. Stay away.
