Excellent taste and aroma.

Perfect size.Really you can’t use much because sesame oil is very strong.I’m keeping the conveint bottle,and buying a larger size to fill!The taste is awesome.I live in Hawaii so sesame oil is a must in Asian cooking.I would always use Asian brands but no more this is the choice for you,it’s also a good price!Try it!

Great taste strong taste a great oil to use in cooking even if the recipe doesn’t call for it and great for you health

Light flavor, not a deep toasted flavor. We ran out of the traditional toasted sesame oil used in Korean cooking and decided to try Kevala brand. It is good quality but unfortunately not the deep nutty flavor we need for our Korean cuisine.

After trying a ton of different Organic Toasted Sesame Oils this one is our favorite! It tastes so good and cooks up nicely in wok dishes. We already repurposed in the large half gallon but this bottle is a good size for cooking so we kept it to refill. I do wish it wasn’t plastic but it tastes so good I am looking past that.

It’s very light in color. It’s very fragrant and the taste is clean and palatable. I like it but it’s a bit pricey.

I have been trying to make more sensible food decisions and expanding the usual flavor profiles I work with. This is perfect for that. I have had both good and bad sesame oils in the past and this would easily fall into the 'good' category. In my opinion, toasted is the way to go with a sesame oil. The fact it is organic is a big plus (I didn't used to think it made a difference but it does, don't risk your health over trying to save a few bucks). It adds a good, almost irresistible flavor to meat or vegetable dishes. It is great on ramen (it really brings it up a notch in flavor, if you eat ramen definitely try it), in stir fry, as part of a meat marinade, or anywhere you want to add a bit of savoriness. Remember though, a little goes a long way, that is not an exaggeration. If you just pour this into something you will likely ruin it, start with a half teaspoon and work your way up. You can always add more but once too much is there you are in a mess. I notice they offer a half-gallon and gallon size on Amazon and it is good enough that I am seriously considering the 64oz jug.
