These sublingual vitamin B – 12 are excellent! They taste great and I can really tell that they make a difference in my level of energy. They are highly absorbable since they go under your tongue. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I recently had blood work done, and my B12 levels are excellent. I highly recommend! great value great price.

I won't know for another 6 weeks or so whether these do anything to improve my r3d blood cell count. The dosage is far in excess of the RDA, but it's water soluble. That makes it kind of hard to overdo it. I don't feel any noticeable improvement in athletic performance, but that's not why I purchased them. Together with folate, I'm hoping to increase my red blood cell count which will improve both my athletic performace and quality of life. It was worth the relatively small price to see if it works. Meanwhile, I have no cmplaints over the quality of the fast dissolve tablets or the price. It takes about 15 minutes for them to dissolve, which is no big deal since they're under the tongue.
