Great Air fryer. You can cook the fish or chicken and the veggies at the same time. Quickly and efficiently. Nice design. It doesn't look too big and bulky. Easy to clean. Especially as we use paper liners. We are happy with our order.

My gas cooker packed up again! So, with starving kiddos that need some grub in their bellies, (trust me, a riot almost broke out over the clapped out cooker!) I decided to try and salvage mealtimes. Oh boy, this beast of a machine is an absolute godsend! Dinnertime is always hectic in our house, so trying to cook for a mini army of nugget-munchers and chicken wraps is no mean feat! But don't worry, Tefal certainly has my back on this. It actually worked like clockwork, and cooked the delectable treats with ease. Not too difficult to use, even tells you when to flip items, via an audible noise (akin to the microwave bleeps). All items were hot, and it even keeps it that way until you're ready to serve up the goods. All in all a highly recommended air-fryer. Have yet to try cooking other stuff in it, but there's room for improvement for me. I do strongly suggest you use liners for this, just to keep the mess level to a minimum.

This is good and easy to use, it has preset values for things you are likely to cook and that works great, I find it a bit fiddly if you want to cook something without a preset but we were replacing a fryer so old it was called a dry fryer not an air fryer, it only had two knobs for time and temperature, so it is probably just a case of getting familiar with new controls

Easy to use and clean afterwards, with many options so the food ends up well cooked. The sync function it's a great addition to have all your meal at the same time.

Excellent product great size and value

A total game-changer in my kitchen! I’ve tried a few air fryers before, but the Tefal Dual Flex is on another level. The twin basket design is brilliant — I love that I can cook two different things at the same time, or remove the divider and use the full space for big batches (hello, chicken drumsticks!). The sync finish feature is super handy — no more juggling cooking times. Both sides finish together, hot and ready to serve. But my favourite thing? The viewing window! It sounds simple, but being able to watch the food cook without opening the basket is oddly satisfying and really convenient. It also has a range of preset programs for everything — fries, veggies, meat, even baking — and it’s really intuitive to use. Plus, it’s energy-efficient, non-stick, and dishwasher safe (which makes cleanup so easy). Overall, I genuinely love using this air fryer. It’s stylish, practical, and makes cooking quicker, healthier, and more enjoyable. Highly recommend if you cook often or have a hungry family to feed!
