Good Kitchen Faucet for the price.

The shank on this faucet had a tiny bit larger diameter than my old faucet and it would not fit through my granite countertop hole. To be fair, I think my hole was cut a little too small. Instead of enlarging my hole, I swapped it with a Delta faucet from another sink we use. The SonTiy fit fine on the other sink and the Delta faucet fit my granite hole.After one day of use, I like the SonTiy. It appears to be well made. The flow rate was not 2.2 GPM as advertised but it was good and much better than my other sink with the Delta faucet. The water pressure at my house is poor. The written instructions could have been better, but it was pretty easy to figure out how to do the install and did not take long. I have no way to determine reliability, but the faucet appears to be nice heavy metal that should last.I recommend the product.

I’m not one to venture out and do plumbing. But my kitchen faucet has been leaking and I needed a replacement faucet. I did a lot of research on which type of faucet I wanted. I knew that I wanted one that had a pull down sprayer. Mt old faucet pulls out, but it doesn’t pull out very far. And it was big and not very easy to handle. This sprayer pulls out very easily and then that’s where I get excited. You can do a stream, or a spray. But if you need to stop spraying for a moment, just hit the button and it pauses. This is great especially if you are washing someone’s hair in the sink, which I have to do with my husband. This was pretty straightforward on the install and the directions were simple to follow. If I can install this, anyone can. The price is very reasonable for all of the features that this faucet offers. Definitely worth the investment and I’m sure this will last a very long time. This comes highly recommended from me. And it just looks nice. Not like the cheap plastic one that I replaced this with. Now doing dishes is kind of fun. I like playing with the pause button.

This faucet would be easy enough for a first-timer to install. The instructions are written right to left, but are reasonably clear. The hot/cold supply line markings are clear and easily distinguishable, but are backwards from most U.S. faucets, so an experienced installer may choose to reverse their positions. (If you install it as labeled, you get hot water by pulling the handle towards you and cold water by pushing the handle away from you.)The design is attractive, modern, and functional. The brushed nickel finish is both protective (resistant to rust, corrosion, water spots, and fingerprints) and visually appealing. The pull-down hose is long (20”), operates smoothly, and holds securely when retracted. The selection buttons on the sprayer (stream, spray, and pause) are solid and positive, so you can feel when you click them. The handle moves smoothly and is easy to use. The gooseneck is very tall and provides plenty of clearance for washing pots and pans. The gooseneck rotates smoothly and stays where you put it. Great water flow.
