What a wonderful product it lasts for ages. Far far cheaper than other washing machine products .I would never go back to conventional washing tablets . It is fragrance free

I have used "eco balls" for YEARS at least 10 years. I still have them. I bought 2 from Aldi in the days when the check out teams had to remember the price of everything on the conveyer!!!! That was a long time ago!! They have a screw holding the 2 halves securely and a rubber ring on the outside. I thought. I would try a new one. The ball arrived. I had made sure the button on the opening catch was tightly pressed and the 2 halves were well screwed down at the thread connection. I used it once..all good... then the second time all the pellets came out into the machine drum!! They went everywhere..in between the clothing..nestling in the garments. I had to gather them all up as they were snuggled down in the rubber door seal and running around the floor under everything. CHAOS!!! I gave them a 3rd try. Again all the pellets out!!! aaaagh!. I sent the ball back and I was SO glad I had kept my "OLD SCHOOL" ones. I asked for compensation from the seller as some of the washing items had been marked. I did get a refund from Amazon..thank you Amazon. However I have not had a response from the seller. If he or she is reading this you could at the very least have sent me a replacement with an apology!!!!

This thing is horrible, it keeps pening during the laundry and these balls are everywhere! Do not buy!
