Innovative yoga instructional programme that makes use of 3D images to enhance the learner's understanding of the various postures demonstrated. Top London yoga instructor Anna Ashby demonstrates a routine targeted at those of beginner and intermediate level wearing a special suit designed to capture motion. This allows her motion to be captured in 3D and her routine, which includes a warm up, standing poses, twists, sitting postures and a cool down, presented to viewers in every conceivable angle to help them perfect their own yoga practices. The live action routine demonstrated by Anna is included on a standard DVD; the interactive 3D routine is available on an additional disc that can only be played on a home computer.

Efficient home practice
This is fast becoming my favourite yoga DVD and I haven't worked out how to use the interactive portion yet. The reason is it provides a simple and efficient 45 minute home practice, one I have a realistic chance of doing every day. I have stacks of more challengning DVDs, Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea et al, and I enjoy using them from time to time, but to become grounded in yoga you need a daily practice and it has to be at a manageable level and time slot. Anna gives enough instruction to make you aware of alignment principles while retaining a feeling of spaciousness that is also important in the postures. I feel afterwards the calm I am used to from live Iyengar classes - not the buzz from more commercial 'dynamic' classes. The affordable price means good yoga teaching is finally accessible to everyone.

I got this product delivered very fast (and it was into Spain). As for the course, it is broken down in sessions which range from beginner's level to more advanced. Every exercise is very well explained and to the point. No fluff, nor mystical phoney orientalistic New Age mumbo jumbo. Overall it is very well suited for self-learning as well as for home practice if you do not have the time to visit a yoga studio.

still searching for a yoga demonstration tape.
good especially as it has no tacky musac as many such videos do. to follow as an excercise it is too fast , she just does the excercise, theres no demonstrate and watch, so it fails as a teaching aid, but with stopping it every excercise, it works. still searching for a top yoga demonstration / practice tape.

Great Instruction
Excellent DVD, I have only done the first workout with but it was well constructed and was akin to my own yoga teacher. Not rushed, and concentrating on making the moves well. I'm glad I purchased this.

"Because of my illiteracy in computer magic I had a few problems setting up the learning area of the DVD but with the fantastic help of the creator I now believe I have the finest teaching source available, the 3D poses and the in class filming is unbelievable. Wow is all I can say and thank you so very much for producing this DVD"

Very helpful if you are inexperienced not just a beginner or haven’t really been to class. It covers very well what is in the 40 min practice and is very good pointers. I think the pc side of the disc is maybe old as it keeps crashing on my pc but that’s only going back to the menu so can look up a pose.Very good and definitely worth the money. I’d say get it
