You can pick if you want the Glock with or without the special case. I bought the clock with the keychain only for $14.99. Personally, I wouldn’t spend the extra $19 for the case.

Q: Where can you get bullets separately and a clip?

You could try finding the exact brand which made the bullet carrying miniature and then see if they have the clip separate for purchase on Amazon.

Q: Does this come with the bullets?

It comes with a magazine that comes out and clicks back in. No bullets.
