This pillow is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with it.To start with, the bamboo fabric is incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch. I really enjoy using it. The pillow doesn’t leave any marks on my face, and it doesn’t create static in my hair.The pillow’s softness is just right. It is not too firm, not too soft (though it leans slightly toward the softer side). It feels comfortable and doesn’t interrupt my sleep, while still offering good support for my neck. I adjusted to it very quickly. I’ve tried pillows from other brands, including some that cost two to three times more, but in terms of size, fabric, and firmness, this one is my favorite.If I had one suggestion about it, it would be to offer the option to buy an extra pillow cover with it. That said, when I reached out to the company, their customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful about everything.The design of the pillow is also really great, and it’s quite generously sized. As someone who usually sleeps on my side or back, I found it to be a great fit. Overall, I loved this pillow!

I love the 2.0 new version of this pillow! I live in Texas, and the bamboo cover really keeps my face cool (bamboo might be the most important detail of my life). I've noticed a reduction in my acne, and everyone around me has noticed it too—I’m incredibly happy! As a result, the pillow worked just as I wanted and fits my face perfectly. I also realized that I no longer wake up with pillow marks or wrinkles on my face in the morning. Plus, the neck support and firmness help my spine and don’t cause any pain! And of course, the size is quite large and sufficient. As a tall person, I found it very comfortable to use. I usually sleep on my side, but this pillow is perfectly designed for both side and back sleeping.

I have wanted a pillow like this forever. I finally broke down to get one. This pillow is so extremely soft that it squishes down. Which in torn squished your face. Which defeats the whole purpose of the pillow. I ended up returning mine.

I didn’t receive a pillow case which is supposed to be included and recommended it be used

It took about a week for it to off gas. The cover that it comes with is very soft. The pillow is a good size. Unfortunately, it just didn’t fit with my anatomy and it was smashing my face in the areas that I specifically bought the pillow to help reduce sleep wrinkles so I had to return it, it was very firm and I am used to sleeping on a foam pillow already. The good news is it was not hot.

It may work for you, you just need to try, because it is the best so far I have tried. For me it is the one pillow that made me sleep on my back, because I a side sleeper or back up. However the pillow was too low for me when I was on my side and it flattened after a few hours to the point that I feel I have no pillow. I kind of love it but it just need to be a touch more firm. Again others might find it perfect for their bodies.

I have been using the pillow for about a week. First of all and very important to me, the price is right. A girlfriend told me she loved her similar, different brand, pillow that costs about $250. That seemed ridiculous for a memory foam pillow so I went to Amazon and selected this one. I am so glad I did. The manufacturer says it may take a few weeks to become accustomed to it, but it took me exactly 3 days. It is very comfortable. I often turn from side to side to decide which side of me wants to sleep downward and the other up. But with this pillow I wake up in the same position in which I fell asleep, usually my right side. And my face doesn't have sleep lines on it when I wake up. I really like this pillow and I think you will too.
