Excellent Quality, Easy To Use, Lightweight, And Reliable!
These trekking poles are awesome! They are super easy to use and adjust as you go. I was a bit skeptical about their weight bearing ability (especially when fully extended) as the women who had recommended them to me initially are all very petite and short, but these poles definitely hold up to the test. I take them snowshoeing and hiking up/down steep mountain sides and they have never failed to catch me and support me any time I slip (which, if I'm being honest, happens fairly often). The joints are easy to loosen and tighten to ensure that they will not collapse in on themselves based on how much pressure you are putting on the poles. The variety of accessories that these poles come with is great as well. The different tips (snow basket, etc) are easy to interchange and fairly lightweight so its not a pain to throw multiple accessories in your pack with you for a day hike or a backpacking trip. The poles themselves are also incredibly lightweight, which is a HUGE plus for me as I intend to take them on extended backpacking trips where every ounce counts. The cork grips are the perfect size for comfort and functionality and help to prevent your hands from getting super sweaty and slippery while hiking.Overall, I would definitely purchase these poles again and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for some good quality and reasonably priced trekking poles!Happy Hiking!

Great trekking poles
These hiking poles are impressive. Super light and strong. They are great quality, built well from top to bottom. Handles, tips, extra tips for all conditions. Customer support is excellent quick to respond. I highly recommend them. They are small American businesses.

Very Light, very sturdy
Looks like it should work well, This was a gift and she loved it. Actual use in about a month at a camping trip, if it functions well or not, I'll revise the stars appropriately. For now 4 stars for how it looks and feels walking around the yard.

super adjustable, comfortable grip
I am a fan of hiking poles. I used them for the first time last season and what a game changer they are for traversing unsteady paths, walking on logs over boggy areas and providing a stablity point when going down a steep hill. The ability to easily change the pole lengths to accomodate the different terain (Up hill vs. going down hill) was great. I also like that they will fit into my (US) allowed carry on luggage when disassembled. There is a QR code to scan for a link to easy to follow instructions on adjusting the poles. And the cork grip is very comfortable - definitely recommended. And these are very light weight but seem very strong. They definitely support my weight and walking style.

These are the BEST piece of equipment for backpacking...you NEED these!
I had to write a review as these poles were a godsend on two recent major backpacking trips. I bought two sets of these poles for an upcoming trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons National Parks that my husband and I were going to be taking this summer. We were hiking up Mount Washburn which goes to 10,000 ft and were recommended to have trekking poles. We both found these poles very easy to adjust to our individual needs. By adjusting the tension on the screws and then snapping closed the tab the poles could be easily locked into place without slipping. Mostly they were useful for reducing stress on joints as we climbed and the wrist straps gave great support without over taxing the arms. Our hike was about 4 hours long (up and down) and most of the terrain was gravel. There are two types of feet (knob and walking foot) to put on the spiked tips. Both were useful. I personally liked the walking rubber feet on the gravelly incline but when it got steeper I removed the rubber tips and went with the spikes for better traction. We also added the snow baffles on since there were parts of the hike that had snow in July and they functioned well preventing the pole from sinking too deep into the snow.On another more recent backpacking trip to Isle Royale National Park in The Upper Peninsula of Michigan these poles were by far the best piece of equipment besides good hiking boots. There is NO way I could have done this trip without my poles. These Hunger Hiker 2.0 poles stood up to the rocky and muddy terrain of the Rock Harbor trail and throughout all the park trails. I used the round knobs for stability on the rock and ground. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain and I lost (but found) a tip in the mud when I put my pole into mud and it literally created such suction that I pulled the tip off. I fished it out though so that was great, but then after I got stuck in a squat position grabbing for it with my pack on and my husband came to my rescue and ended up losing BOTH his tips the same way! Lesson learned...keep extra tips on hand....we just ordered more just in case. Also don’t go into a full deep squat with a 40 lb pack ...lol!!!These poles were a great investment and at a decent price much less than some of the name brands in expensive outdoor stores. The poles have held up well to two solid backpacking adventures over gravel, rock, mud and trails. I can recommend these poles for anyone new to trekking poles and wanting a solid product at a decent price. The wrist strips are adjustable, comfortable and sturdy. They come with a nice storage bag that straps nicely to the side of a backpack and also travels nicely on an airplane. We store the poles with the rubber tips on so they don’t poke through the bag.One recommendation is to wear some sort of padded fingerless gloves for extra protection on long hikes. They gave an even better grip on the cork handles and held the trailing end of the wrist straps snuggly against the cork grip without creating blisters. I found that especially useful claiming up rocky bouldered terrain.
