I installed these for my mother and I was very impressed with how nice these were. She absolutely loves them compared to what she had before. They have adjustable spray and can be swiveled around. I travel quite a bit for work and these are much better than the average "massage" shower heads they install in most hotels. I've not found anything better in this price range.

Jets are quite powerful for the price. Easy to assemble. Made the perfect finish to our new shower. Bought a second one for our guest shower.

I like the easy to adjust flow output. Adjustment handle moves easily. It caught my eye cuz CR rated it to have satisfying water flow and the price on Amazon was very reasonable. My old shower heads were getting cruddy and needed cleaning.

But I'm not saying the more it costs, the better it is. I've bought some disappointing shower heads in the past for a lot more money.Anyway, this one works pretty close to the Delta head I am replacing, for 1/3 the price.The pros: metal construction; decent pressure & spray with the low pressure supply in my house: the threads are engineered well & didn't require Teflon tape. Extremely low cost & affordable.The cons: it's a little noisier than others (not loud, but noticeable). Some of the settings are a waste; the mist setting drops the water temperature by at least 20⁰. The 'main' setting for normal everyday use sprays as a circle with a hollow hole in the middle; sort of like a two-row ring of water. Just takes a little getting used to. In my experience, most people find the spray pattern they like and leave it there permanently. I feel like none on this model are perfect, but reminding myself of the low price makes it feel better.Lastly, small side note: a video on this product page shows how to remove the flow restrictor, but it's either out of date or just wrong. After first removing the screen, just pull out the tiny black o-ring. That's all. And yes, it does make a nice difference in the pressure.
