This rubber is so strong and durable that, my girl friends knickers will never again fall to the floor in public once it is, sewn into place by her seamstress friend. It prevents the trip hazard and further embarrassment for her. What Her Majesty and His Royal Highness thought on the last occasion I know not. At least she received her award although blushing. (It would be good to use in an exercise routine as well.)

Great quality bands, perfect for warming up muscle groups before commencing your workout.I've purchased the yellow and red for warming up and the purple and green to assist with pullups (great for extending the number you can achieve and beasting your lats when your grip is waning).Quick delivery, exceptional quality and good price. When I first got this band I didn't think it would be very good because I could not move it. I got it for assisted pull-ups but am still waiting for the bar. I also hoped it would replace the need to buy extra weights for bench press. I hook this under my flat bench and it works really well. I cannot get my hands any wider than shoulder-width but it simulates a good press. Also great for lying triceps extension and close grip press. It would be great to have a bar but this is a great alternative.

good for home exercise but did not last long as breaks after about 2 months of every day use

Just nothing to complain about. You can do a lot of exercises with those two bands especially when combined with others with higher resistance. Amazon same-day delivery was amazing as usually.

Just bought these - have started using them. They appear to be good quality and have no reason to think that they will perish or break soon! Haven't had them long enough to rate them over a 4*
