Great design and service
The sink is of awesome design and quality. The customer service is excellent and they are very helpful and always available for any kind of problem. The flow from waterfall faucet can be improved. I bought it for 25k but the price dropped quickly after that. Great buy.

Absolutely zero support from both amazon & respite.
The media could not be loaded. Broken Faucet, and LED and outlets does not work even if pressure is there. And more over, they don't mention anywhere this sink requires pressure either. When asked about the same to customer support team, the response is: Look at any brand, it is the same, we are no different.And after a long battle, they agree to replace faucet and send plumber to check pressure, but it never happens even after days, weeks and a month :(.IF BUYING RESPITE PRODUCTS, its at your own RISK. 5 year WARRANTY is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE where they can't support after few days of product installation.Update : I've been following up with them for last one and half month and also with Amazon.Both are absolute escapists. Do not solve the problemWaste of time absolutely.

Wished it worked as good as it looks
The media could not be loaded. I bought the most expensive product from the respite catalog. The double waterfall kitchen sink with digital display. The first question I had in mind was how does the digital display work because it neither has a power source nor does it have any built in battery. And rightly so , post installation I see that the so called digital display is not showing anything. The sink also fails to drain all water and some water always remains in the sink which I have to manually remove defeating the entire purpose of buying this expensive sink. I raised a query to the customer support and all I got in return was it happened due to incorrect installation. How can incorrect installation affect the digital display? God knows. Everything else is working perfectly fine except the digital display. Good luck to those who purchase this sink as it will be a hard time getting it installed with zero support from the brand Respite
