It stays cold for a long time and feels really nice to use. Highly recommend.

Easy to apply. Relaxation nation. So much value for its money! I use it for skin care and sometimes to calm my face down when anxious. The cold helps anxiety and this helps a lot. Best self care product. One side slowly warms up so I flip it over when one side is done. If you have sensitive skin always make sure if you do that you don’t get frozen skin burn. Otherwise wow.

I love this mask. It really helps me relax and take down my puffiness and was not super expensive. It stays cold for 15-20 minutes, which is a good amount of time for me. However, it does run slightly big and I have to make the straps really tight so it it stays on my face. Also, MAKE SURE TO USE THE SCENT BAG! I didn’t, and now I am stuck trying to get the scents of my freezer out of the mask (user error).

The adjustable elastic strap meant it stayed in place without feeling restrictive, which made it easy to wear while resting or reading in bed. What I particularly appreciated was the mask’s versatility. Besides using it for cold compression to calm post-surgery inflammation, I could also heat it briefly in the microwave to relieve muscle tension around my jaw, which can become stiff after procedures like tooth extractions. The full-face coverage allowed me to target multiple areas—cheeks, jaw, nose bridge, and even under the eyes—without needing separate packs, which was extremely convenient during recovery. Since my oral surgery, I found myself using it multiple times daily. The cold therapy helped reduce noticeable swelling and made it easier to speak, eat, and sleep comfortably. Later, as the tissue soreness eased, the warm compress function was unexpectedly soothing and relaxing, almost like a mini spa treatment for my jaw and facial muscles.

Great idea but the sizing and shape doesn't fit my face. I guess I have lower ears than everyone else because when I wear it, it covers my eyes and is down my nose. I think where the placement of the straps doesn't make it a good fit for me. Also it doesn't get as cold as I would like to get the depuffing benefits.

Was not expecting to be this good but it really helped me with my puffed up face . I've tried so many things for my puffy eyes n face but nothing worked n this simple n cost effective thing made it possible in just 2 days .. feeling so relaxed...and the colour is fade not tht much dark blue but quality wise it's so good and very much easy to use and so much effective n fits well

Was a great purchase. Good size and cools well. I enjoyed the fabric side that helped avoid ice burns. Overall very happy with it.
