I really like this product and used it almost every day for about a year. It stopped working right within its one year. I reached out to the customer support, and they are very helpful, responsive, and efficient. They sent me the new parts immediately and got the machine back to work! Highly recommend this product to everyone who is considering getting a good soy maker with reliable product support. I used to have another pricey one, but they didn’t have any product support and never replied to my inquiry.

We purchased this product and received the blender on Sept. 30th, 2023. While it is a bit noisy, we found it to be acceptable. We have been using it regularly, almost daily, for the past couple of months. However, we encountered a significant issue as the blade abruptly stopped spinning yesterday, whether with power on or when attempting to rotate it manually. This is extremely disappointing and indicates a flaw in the product's durability. Overall, we cannot recommend this product due to its premature malfunction.

Ease of cleaning, ease of use

I make Soy milk and nut milk. The jar is from tick glass and ceramics. Makes good soy milk and is boiled already. Easy to wash ,has an extra cover that reduces the noise. You will need to strain with a strainer after is ready.I recommend, you will be happy!

I use the machine mostly to make soy milk, it is very easy to use, the soy milk turn out to be silky and delicious to drink. It is also good to be used to make fruit juice. I found it is not good to be used for making porridge as the porridge will stick to the bottom of the pot, and it us very hard to clean afterwards

The item did not work. Received brank new, but control panel did not light up with all buttons. Tried many times, but it remained not functional. First time contacted Amazon and chatted with a rep asking procedure to return. Was told no need to return. A refund was processed, and I would see the refund in three business days. Waited for two weeks, but nothing happened. There are confirmation emails to back up. Contacted Amason the second time on chat. Was told that I needed to return the item first, which took another round of back forth to resolve the issue. Not sure why there are different refund procedures at different times! Very disappointed with the product and Amazon services!!!!

I purchased this product last October. It started leaking this November and stopped working soon. I made soymilk every morning and the machine worked well. However, this machine's life is too short : only13 months! The customer service of Joydeem is good. I received answer one day after I left them my message. Then $20 discount is provided if I purchase the same machine again. But I don't want to take a risk of buying a new machine every 13 months.

I'm not sure if this thing has a timer, but mine obviously doesn't have one or is broken, and I have to keep an eye on it every time I use it. It's also very hard to clean, especially since the opening of the cup is so badly designed that every time I pour something out of it, the juice will splash everywhere. But it also has some advantages. When making black beans, red beans and other types of grains, the taste is better than ordinary juicers, but the price of this thing is also very high.so........

I got this blender for my parents and they absolutely love it! It can do everything—make tea, blend soups, smoothies, fresh juices, even nut milk. The hot and cold functions are super convenient, and it’s so easy to use. A great all-in-one appliance that they now use every day!

I followed the manuel to make soy bean milk . It is not possible to drink if not to sieve. The residue did make my throat itch at the first taste. Anything can help me to solve this problem , otherwise I have to return it .

We have been using it daily to make soy driver and veggie soup. Worked very well so far. Highly recommended.

I made soya milk and it came out very smooth and no need to sieve. I also made pumkin, cabbage , carrot and onion soup, also turned out great very smooth. Good for 2 person serving. Although there is a sound proof cover, but still can hear noise. But overall i gave it a 4.5/5 .

My Joydeem nutmilk machine was broken down last month. It has problem with the motor and it can no long spin. I contacted them. Luckily I got the original invoice stored in my Amazon account. It was still under the 12 months warranty period. And I got a new replacement shipped to me in 1 week after I presented them the invoice. I am very happy with the result.
