Mirror arrived today in more than adequate packing. I was concerned the box would not be substantial enough, but the mirror is in perfect condition. I am about 3 weeks from finishing a bathroom renovation so I have not installed yet, but there are numerous mounting kits with the mirror and an option to hardwire which is very cool. Otherwise, you can plug into a standard 3-prong outlet for easy use. The touch controls are very intuitive and easy to use. Defogger is such a nice option, turn on before shower and come out to a totally clean shower, no need to wipe condensation off with a towel! I really like the lighting options, being able to flex between warmer or brighter light, and adjust the brightness/intensity of the light. It’s such a nice backlight that it is all the lighting you need in a bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. I held the mirror in the unfinished bathroom on the wall, and dimensions are just as described. Looking forward to getting this mounted in a few weeks. It really has a 5-star hotel look, a statement piece for a home bathroom if there is such a thing. Great quality! The package came quickly and the mirror was very well protected. The installation was easy due to well written instructions and useful templates. It works better to have two people to hang the mirror on the bracket that is included in the package. Mirror is heavy. The controls are easy to use. 3 LED lighted buttons. The size of the mirror allows for a sizable area to view how makeup and accessories go with your outfit. My wife enjoys the features as she prepares to go out. The anti fog is a great feature when the shower steams up the room. Buy this mirror if you desire clear, ample space to get ready when heading out and about.

Do Not buy this mirror!! Mirror is defective…white inside foggy Border of this mirror is stripped at some places. Looks shabby once the lights are ON. Amazon nor the seller is ready to fix this issue…No customer service at all…I wouldn’t recommend buying this brand…Look elsewhere…bad experience with this purchase…Amazon customer disconnects your call…It happened 3-4 times on 2 different days…Finally gave up on reaching out and trying to get this resolved. Best to look at other brands.
