I ordered 2 custom bobbleheads of my kids as Christmas gifts. Both were over 10 days later than estimated which wouldn't have mattered had they been what was expected. The level of detail is sloppy and amateurish. It is hard to believe that the items they advertise with are from the same company. I have never been more disappointed with a customized gift as I am with both of these items. They spelt things wrong, colors are faded and the only thing they got right was my son looks like a boy and my daughter looks like a girl.

After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but it turned out even better than I expected! It came earlier than the date given, the packaging was so cute, and the bobblehead has amazing details. It seems like they went off the picture and didn’t look at the customizations but it still looks great. They even added the headset I asked for and the badge and watch that were in the pictures but not asked for!

I can’t say enough good things about the quality of this bobble head. It is my son in miniature. I mean, they even nailed his dimples!Please be aware that the seller assigns a tracking number to the bobble head as soon as they start working on it. So you’ll receive a notification that the item has shipped before you’ve even received any communication from the seller. Don’t flip out like I did, it has not shipped. The seller will quickly reach out to you with the first photos of the work in progress for you to comment on or approve, and they’ll continue doing so each day until it’s finalized.Please expect that the first attempts will probably require some revisions - they don’t know your loved one like you do and all they’re working off of is a couple of photos you sent. Not all sellers are created equal - I tried a different company a couple of years ago and ended up cancelling my order.I can’t wait to give this to my son for Christmas!

This was a big waste of a lot of money. Terrible representation and no return policy if they don’t look right. Bought four—main Christmas present and now can’t give them. They don’t look like my family at all! They are cartoonish and flat—no personality. My soft, sweet 94 year old mom looks like Cruellam Deville with gray rubber hair, cut with scissors. And NO communication with the artist. When I attempted to contact seller, all I received was an email that simply said-Don’t worry. This was a bad experience all the way around.

This is a terrible bobble head I bought 1 for a surprise for my wife and it looks nothing like her . I’d give zero stars if I could. I might as well threw over $100 out the window . When I ordered it they said they would get in touch with me within 24 hours to talk about it never got in touch with me. It’s so bad that I’m going to throw it in the garbage I feel like I got scammed.

This took forever to get here and I honestly felt it was a scam but the product came and the sellers responded in a timely manner but I don’t feel for female people they are good at creating

I was honestly not expecting it to be super amazing since it was not very expensive however not only was the resemblance very close, it also came in a very nice gift box. I am very satisfied with the results.

I love this - looks just like the photo I submitted and my son could not believe it! Very high quality, great price! Getting a proof once the face was made would have been nice, but overall this was great!
