I do not recommend these. The edges on the rougher one will snag your clothes while barely getting the fabric pill’s off. The finer one doesn’t work at all.

My son told me he needed something to remove the pilling from his cashmere sweater so I grabbed these.They work OK but they’re a lot of effort and kind of time consuming. These are worth considering if you are looking for something inexpensive to fix mild pilling.However, my son really did a number on his sweater as you can see in the pictures. You can see they do actually work well; at least the green one does, the white one wasn’t much help at all. But I think something battery powered would be better for this job as these fabric shavers just take too long for a job like this. They also seem to pull and stretch the fabric more than I would prefer.

These are much more effective than most of the electric rotating ones. Easy to use and would recommend. Between the two of them hem, I have used them on a variety of fabrics with great results.
