I stripped a lot of wires but I've been stripping some thin wires and the wire is greasy or something is on them. I'm trying to find out if it's the machine or just the wires. Some wires are clean then others are half greasy or the entire piece is. I've cleaned the stripper and it's still happening. I've been running some small wire through that I thought was too small. I keep it tight and straight with one hand and use my drill with the other and it strips it. A couple spots I have to use my razor knife, but this wire stripper has saved me a lot of time. I wish I would've bought the electric one. For smaller wires put the plate down as far as it'll go so you have to push the wire UP to the blade. I found the bottom wheel holds the wire in place better than feeding the wire straight through the hole even to the cutting wheel. It kept falling and not cutting.

It does the job. It is good for the wires starting now and up.I secured on the table.

Husband used this to strip wire and definitely was a time saver. Build quality is good and was able to be mounted down. Stripped pretty easy although he had to reposition sometimes as it would come off track. Good adjustment capability.

Takes a lot of time to get it set up for each type and diameter wire. I found that I couldn’t feed the wire straight in but had to hold it up at an angle going in otherwise it would ride up on the side of the cutting wheel instead of staying in the center. The machine is very well built, I was impressed. Once it’s set up properly, it works great. Can’t imagine how much time it saves.

It cuts wire real good, easy to use, just cut the plastic off and it works perfectly, worth the money, very sharp

Rollers will not hold wire when trying to use. Trying to return can not find correct label. Do not wnt replacement just credit account. Thanks

Very satisfied with this product. Good quality materials Very precise, once you adjust the wire feeding settings correctly. Just one issue is that there are some sharp edges on the crank arm.

I rarely ever leave reviews but this little machine actually works great for the price I paid.i paid 43$. I definitely recommend and I'd definitely buy another. It's super heavy duty , definitely not cheaply made! Great product.
