T-500-PB/COIL Black 1/2" X100' Split Loom

I bought this 1/2" wire loom to conseal some cat6 cables running side-by-side behind some furniture. I've used the larger size to protect the foam insulation covering water pipes that for some unknown reason our cat loves to chew off the pipes. I guess this plastic wire loom is not as fun to chew on. This time I'm protecting network wires.The 1/2" wire can hold 3 cat6, no pun intended, cables as long as the lines are running straight and not twisting over each other in the loom too much. If you have excessive twisting you may see a wire as the loom will be forced open a crack. Works great for my intended wire protection purpose.PROS:- very flexible- holds 3 cat6 cables if not too twisted inside loom- protects yummy tasting wires with nonyummy tasting plastic loom from cats- easy to dispense [cut open ctr of bag and pull from inside coil]CONS:- none

Works very good to protect my vive cord from tangling.

I used all 100 feet of this to cover electric cords before I got my kitten. It turned out to be a great idea because I have a problem keeping her away from the few cords I didn't cover but she never bothers the covered ones. The main reason I gave it a four instead of a five is that it is bulky. When I bought it I did not know it came in a smaller diameter.

Began a small indoor wiring project. Ordered this product from Amazon.This product is excellent. It is commercial gradeplentiful and easy to use to hide wiring. If you own a homeI recommend buying thisproduct in bulk, the way i did, because you can always use around the house

Keeps kitty from being able to chew on wires. Getting it in place goes much faster/easier with something like  F6 Tubing Tool 1/2" F6 Speed Wire Installation Tool .

It's split loom tubing. Don't be picky. It's awesome stuff and the extra length just means I can cut off chunks when I need it. Would buy again if I wasn't still working on my first 100'.

With cats you need to be protected...both for their sake and your electronics!
