This travel pillow arrived within 18 hours of ordering, on arrival it was vacuum packed and resembled something that had been squashed and crumpled, however, once released from its confinement, the pillow started to expand into the expected shape. The ‘ends’ felt hard and rather unforgiving so I massaged them a little, there was also an area along the outside edge which was very misshapen, this also got a bit of a massage, I then left it for the seemingly recommended 24 hours.The cushion has returned to its expected horseshoe shape, it is firm and pliant, all lumps, bumps, kinks and hard bits banished! It supports the head by snugly following the contours of the neck, you can secure it into place by fastening the popper/snap fastening. The memory foam itself is housed in a soft velvety cover that is slightly stretchy, it is able to be removed and cleaned facilitated via a zip concealed in a seam on the outside edge of the cushion.I think this would be useful for travel or watching tv,, definitely recommended! I think it would be quite warm in summer, maybe pop it in the freezer for a few hours before use, possibly a cotton cloth to help with sweating but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it or when it gets warmer!

Not impressed with the packaging and the amount of tape used, makes me wonder if it is not just a return forwarded to next person, and the fact that it is some form of industrial foam - hence cheap price; if i get beyond the first visual impressions, the foam shaped out just fine after about 15 - 20min and the pillow works just fine as expected. The zipper could have been a bit longer as it is a rocket science to remove the insides, not to mention to put it back, but once the cover got washed and dried, the pillow is just fine. Mark down mainly for the zipper.

Lovely neck pillow.Nice and firm. Second one bought and the other lasted years. Worn every night so it's really put to the test.

found this to be very comfortable and soft. Used to have a blow up version, which was always a bit unconforatble (plastic), with this one found to be confirmable, and it squashes down into a reasonbly small package making it a bit easier to transport. it is bigger than shown in the picture (when packed away). As this is softer, you do need to clip it together at the front.

It was a bit too stiff. The memory foam never softened up. It did support my neck however but wasn't quite as comfortable as it could have been.

Doesn't take long to reach normal size. Soft and comfortable and really supportive. At the end of the day it helped my neck very well.

When I opened the packet I was shocked because it was so crushed due to vacuum packing, it took overnight to fully restore.Its a little smaller than I thought but its big enough for an adult or child. Its quite firm alsoI haven't tried putting it back in the bag yet but it was hard enough to get it out when vacuum packed.I'm not unhappy with the travel pillow. The colours are really niceI have bought 4 of these one different colours for my grandchildren and hopefully they will like them

We ordered 3, one of them is lovely and soft. The other two are rock hard, will not change shape at all from the way they were squished in the bag.Wouldn’t bother with them. Buy from someone else where the quality is more consistent. Waste of money as two hard ones are completely unusable
