I'm a stroke survivor and needed something to help rebuild strength of my weak hand and arm. This is awesome! It is helping build my grip, finger, forearm, wrist, and even shoulder muscles so much so that the strength on my weak side is rapidly approaching the strength of my strong side, which is well developed! I bought this set on the recommendation of my pickleball coach. The purpose of using it was to activate the muscles in my arms and shoulders to improve my pickleball performance. There are many videos on YouTube that show how to use these. I just follow those and use it several times a week. My husband's favorite way to use it is to roll it under his feet to massage them. He likes it because it gives me a feeling that he can't get with other massage tools. I especially like rolling it on my palms and forearms after playing pickleball. I bought this set for strength training, but it also helps to loosen up stiff muscles. The green is just the right strength for me and the blue is perfect for my husband. The red is a bit too hard for massage. If you are strong, the red may be for you.

They do the job, only minor thing is the grip. It can get little loose when doing high pressure for a longer period for example holding the heaviest bar for like more than 10 seconds. But most of time you let go at that point so I'm fine with it.

I broke both hands and wrists in a motorcycle accident. Post-surgery, I was using a product similar to these with the physical therapist, but wanted something to continue working at home. This set of three cost about the same as one as the brand the therapist used, and worked/work great. I like having three different resistances, so I can start light and work up to the harder tension ones. I've been using these several times a day, for about two months, and they're holding up fine. I have no doubt they'd hold up to long term use. Good quality product that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

We use in a strength class so I decided I would buy my own. I use the green one while watching TV. Nothing difficult I have tennis elbow so it's helping with that.

I am using these bars for hand therapy after an injury. They are work great and provide the needed exercises for my hand. They come with a set of instructions that help strengthen shoulder, arms wrists and hands. It is a good workout for older folks.

I have a tennis elbow injury. I like this three-pack because I can step up the resistance for a lower price than one brand name resistance bar. The bar is easy to grip and it is odorless! Because I cannot remember which color is a given resistance, I used a Sharpie pen to write the resistance on the end of the bar.

Just received the product yesterday, the bars seem to be what i ordered but was disappointed with the bag we received.. if possible I’d like a replacement bag as we would like to take them with us as we travel for sons baseball . How can I go about getting one?
