500 rps at 37ft lbs this is quite a deal!!! Get those hard to reach socket needs. No more 1 click ratcheting just hold the handle and get it done quick and easy. Ergonomic and more convenient than an air ratchet. Already have a few guys at work that want one!!!

The gears are slipping

Added this to my collection of tools. Work’s great. Powerful. Just need to buy the sockets to go along with it.

At the time of purchase I paid $33 for the tool and 1 battery+charger which is a great deal compared to other motorized ratchets I looked at. I am not a full time mechanic but someone who works on my cars in my free time and this seems great for just speeding up the relentless loosening and tightening of bolts during an average repair. Quality is fitting for the price, it doesn’t feel amazing in your hands and was a little heavier than I expected but doesn’t feel overly cheap. All the bad reviews I read were mostly about the battery charger failing which appears they did away with now (June 2024). Battery has a USB-C port on the bottom but is also still removable. Only briefly used it as of writing this but seems great so far. I will update this review in the future if it has some catastrophic failure. I am hopeful it will last a long time but as long as I get a year or two out of it I can’t complain at this price.

My husband ordered this to work on his truck. It worked great on his first project. However, the second time he used the wrench, it broke. The head of the wrench broke off. We were 4 days past the 30 day return policy. I emailed the company 5 days ago, and have yet received a reply. I get that we are past the 30 day return policy, but I would think that they would at least respond our concerns about their product.

I was using it to work on my car. Works great, variable speed perfect for starting bolts. Not too loud, my air ratchet screams when i use it, yikes. Fairly light weight. Comes with two batteries, havent had to use the second yet. Nice case, appears sturdy.cons: what the heck is the light on the tool pointing too? If i need the light i would like it to point out to what im doing, not straight up the neck. All the sockets are SAE(fractions), Most vehicles now a days you can use metric, im not going to send it back for that reason but if i would have known it may have kept looking. i may replace the current sockets with some leftovers i have from other sets. Wife wanted me to get myself a birthday present for myself. so, there it is. I got the extended warranty so it will at least last for 3yrs. thanks and good luck.

I’ve had it for 3 months and used it a lot is the perfect tool for doing maintence on a car and has saved me a lot of time
