Not as strong as you’d expect
Really not as strong as you’d expect doesn’t do the job very well and your lips feel sore when you wake up

Seemed to work but very sticky
Apparently these worked quite well as far as snoring goes, at least that’s what my husband says.What I didn’t like was how sticky they were, I can’t say they were pain free to remove and it left my lips tingling after removal.They have little air holes in them but not enough that you can actually breath through them. This worried me a little as they do need pulling off and can’t be removed with mouth or tongue movement. This may be intentional but I worried I’d suffocate in the night. I’ve tried others that also seemed to work but were easier to remove.I wouldn’t recommend using these if you have even the slightest cold or snuffles.
