This sea moss was shockingly one of the best sea mosses I’ve ever tried. Once turned into a gel, it blends well in smoothies or to eat by itself. Also it lasts long in the fridge in a mason jar.

I like how it shipped fast and I finally got to make my own SeaMoss gel to eat and a hair mask for my hair so far so good will update when I see more results I already recommend people 😊

I prefer this sundried sea moss over sea moss gels that you can get on Amazon - unlike those, this is nothing other than sea moss. On its own it has a salty flavor, that's it, so you really can mix it with anything. It comes with instructions on how to make it into gel and wasn't too difficult to get that done.The health benefits and nutritional value of sea moss is questionable/unproven but if you believe in it go for it.

I used for nutrient value, stamina, skin. I mix several ways tea, salads etc. The taste doesn’t bother me knowing what value it has. It’s GREAT!!!’

The moss does not have a potent smell which is great! Excited to try this brand for the first time!! 😃

Well, the jury is still out on any health benefits these may offer, but it's a bit hard to know when the texture is basically goo. I followed the directions (except I only made half of one package instead of the whole thing as suggested) but I can't decide whether to put it in a smoothie of just hold my nose and swallow some of it straight. It's a bit like snot honestly, so I hope it is worth it in the end.Like others, I was a bit concerned about how much to take and also how safe it is to eat, considering it is wild sourced and there is no other information about it on the label or anywhere else that I can find. For that lack of info and for making me go look it up myself, I take off one star.
