Let me say this!!! After a year of having it I finally got the opportunity to use it. Not because I didn’t have the need for it, but because health wise I couldn’t till now. It was somewhat of a learning curve but OMG this thing is amazing!!! I own a farm and fence work is a constant here. Although I haven’t used it on my farm my daughter needed my help with fencing. Took all of about an hour to put in over 100 8’ fence posts. The one thing the directions don’t tell you is don’t use at full throttle. Just a little is all you need to pound those posts in the ground. It will definitely give your arms and shoulders a workout lifting it onto the posts. But it’s worth the effort not to have to use a manual driver. I know my manual driver weighs about 30lbs and this tool only about 24lbs. I have a trailer I’ll be setting up as a fence trailer and have this mounted on a counter weight so I will be able to to use this with little effort. THIS IS A MUST BUY IF YOU OWN A FARM AND DO A LOT OF FENCE WORK!!!!

I am pounding T posts and does a fairly decent job. It would be a lot better if the collar was deeper or at least an additional piece you could extend. It wants to jump off the post. I resolved it by standing in the bed of my side by side so I was above the unit. It’s still a job but way better than pounding them by hand. I found that pre setting them manually worked better too.

Took a few minutes to figure out the sweet spot on the throttle, but this thing is awesome. Have driven in many post with it so far and plan to do many more. My only beef is the fuel ration of 25:1. All y other tools are 50 or 40 to 1 so I have to mess with this having a unique measurement. I does run for some time on one tank though.

DO NOT BUY THIS! This machine is a complete waste of money. It won't push any posts into clay, dirt, rock, or hard sand. Not big posts or small ones. The machine has no driving capabilities. It only shakes and vibrates but doesn't actually pound or hammer at all. Also if you order this and try to return it, they make you pay for the return postage which will cost you about the same as the machine did to begin with. If I could give this product zero stars I would.

For the price, this little machine is well worth it. I was very happy with the performance and power. Definitely recommend this for driving fence posts. Very pleased.

I was worried this wouldn’t have the power to drive the 8ft t-posts for our new pasture, but it’s 160 bucks vs 700-1500 bucks and 30lbs vs 50-60lbs. This little guy does the job. I have drove 75-100 posts so far and it’s great even if it does break during the install of the next 1000-1500 posts it’s worth it. The ground I’m driving is hard packed clay and sand.Update 6-30-25Hit just over 600 posts and the handle is starting to break a little bit. Looking to find a replacement one.

Drove several t posts already with no problems at all, ground is currently frozen as well.The trick is to not use full throttle! If you use full throttle the machine just sort of vibrates and doesn’t drive the t posts. Don’t use full throttle and it works perfectly.
