Q: The battery becomes very hot after a while of using, is this normal? Is it because of the hot weather or the quality?

I used mine until the battery is dead, I did not find its getting hot.

If your battery is fully charged it should at least run for 15 to 20 minutes. Mine runs that long and still has battery life

Q: Which button should I press to get the battery volume?

There is a green and black battery icon on the top of the battery next to the button to remove the battery from the blower. You press this button, if the battery is at full strength 4 red lights will flash. If the battery is at lower strength, 1 to 3 lights will flash.
