Sounds like elastic bands on a shoebox, no resonance, very quiet.Sturdy body, waterproof as advertised, nice solid chunk of plastic.Looks cool tho, glows bright green under a black-light.Only two practical uses would be to let kids play with it so they don't try to touch your expensive ukes, or, putting it on your wall as a decoration. (maybe put some fairy lights/LED strips in it or something? i dunno?)I may cut mine up and try to convert it into an electric uke as a DIY project to see if i can get it to sound any better.Maybe not. *shrug* it's useless as a ukulele. more useful as a percussion instrument.

Great thing for the 6 year old granddaughter. Plays and sounds good. No its not a Martin but for the price is very low for its value, its watherproof attitude makes it a very usable instrument in difficult conditions.

We're a family that plays Ukulele and when we wanted something kid friendly, and can stand up to a bit of abuse we went with the waterman by Kala.

I have plenty of others, but this pink Waterman is the one that kicks around the front room. It's easily replaceable. It looks great under Black light. Love to see these in concert and tenor sizes in the future, Kala! I would recommend these as a great beach uke, a spare for teaching lessons, or a starter for the more serious student. So many colors to choose from zomg

Tenía mis dudas con respecto al material pero si se siente y suena bien, claro que apenas es mi primer ukelele y no soy experto, pero si me gustó, los trastes se despintan rápido al ser también de plástico, pero no lo considero algo muy importante
