Bad devices
We are having issues with the devices and are unable to reach anyone from AV Matrix. We have tried calling, emailing, and filling out the form online and have been unable to reach anyone for tech support.

Great for Resolume Arena
I highly recommend this for 1080 capture. I use it for resolume Arena and prefer it over my 4k unit that I paid twice as much for. If you need 4k, this isn't the unit for you, but if all you really need is HD, this is the best option.

If you want to stream, this is what you need.
This is a nice little capture/streamer card for game capture and as an output for consoles, so far it has worked great with an HDMI splitter. The housing on this is all metal, and it feels like it is tough and not going to break, which is nice because as much as this costs, you want it wrapped in steel. This isn't just great for consoles, it is great for cameras as well. Definitely a high-quality device and the product works flawlessly.
