The media could not be loaded. I got the product but it has 2 dents on it

Lid doesn't have safety lock
Although the product is well made and looks great, it is a problem to take it anywhere as the lid doesn't have a safety lock (one of the highlights mentioned in the product description) and thus there is water spillage
