Helps sleep better than sleeping pills

I take this before bed every night and it helps relax me and promote an overall sense of well-being. I choose to take various natural supplements (this one, Ashwaghanda, Vit D, and others) instead of pharmaceutical antidepressants, and it works very well for me. Obviously this is not the case for everyone, so please proceed with caution and reputable guidance when embarking on and health journey.One thing I wish I’d known, before I started taking this, is that shortly after it is absorbed into the bloodstream, you may experience effects similar to a very very mild niacin flush- warmth in the body, a tingling or slight prickling sensation (not painful at all), etc. The first time it happened, it really freaked me out, but I’ve learned that taking it at bedtime and relaxing into the feeling is actually very pleasant. From what I’ve read, this is actually a good thing, as it confirms that the GABA has crossed the blood-brain barrier.This brand and strength are the most affordable I’ve found, with the least amount of additives.

If you do the research you’ll learn that 750 mg is a really high dose. You just don’t need that much. I wouldn’t buy this brand again because of that but it does help calm me down before bed so that’s nice

This has been working for me for my anxiety for a few years now and I wouldn't want to be without it. I take it 2x's a day and feel calmer without feeling drowsy.

I use this product to replace a prescription for seratonin which probably had other additives. I take one Gabba in the mirning and one at night and has better effect than taking meds.
