House is plenty big enough for 3-4 small hens, we have 2 bantams and 1 hen and its fine. The run is far too small and under the house is very cramped and dark, so had to lift house/run up on fence posts and extend out the front. Fairly well made but for the money paid its good and easy to assemble.
