I have been taking this VPKIN Pure Himalayan Shilajit dietary supplement for two weeks now and have limited beneficial affects. At first I took the recommended daily serving of two capsules at one time and I felt the effects bit more, but I switched to one capsule per meal at two of my meals. Taking two at the same time changed my bowel movements, which was a good thing. Now taking a capsule with a meal the BM’s are normal again. Hard to tell if this dietary supplement supports my immune system health, but I feel that this supplement has “slightly” increased my energy level. The VPKIN Shilajit supplement is to have +92 essential minerals and vitamins, but they do not say what minerals and vitamins. Wouldn’t you like to know what these minerals and vitamins are??
