Gun controllers don work, Customer support does not respond, and phone # for customer service is no longer in servicePut together for the first time and the guns did not calibrate so cannot play any games. Tried submitting tickets using portal link provided in support page. They don't even send you confirmation of ticket or provide tracking for it (as it says they do) on your account login page. Basically out $642.00 for a game that is all setup and can't play, warrantee for return is only 30 days.I'm trying to get customer service or replace parts as needed but will not be purchasing ANYTHING from Arcade1up again. DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOUR $

I made a huge mistake and didn't read the description. I know, stupid! I expected a real arcade game that would be in an arcade. It's cheaper made (plywood) and not near as big. I was personally disappointed, as I don't feel like it will hold up well, but my kids are absolutely obsessed, so it worked out great!The kids don't care that it's not what I expected, and they have played on it every single day since it arrived! I think it's perfect for them for now. I just really hope it holds up for a long time.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our Austistc adult son. Works great. Good Ole fun for all. Graphics are good as well.

Purchased the Big Buck Hunter arcade less than five months ago. Within a few weeks, the green gun stops working and we immediately contacted support. Did everything they recommended, sent pics and videos through email and they said they would send out another but would take up to six weeks. It’s been three months and haven’t received it and no response. Now the main computer on the machine is making a horrible humming sound when it’s turned on. So basically we have an arcade game that we can’t play. Don’t waste your money!

The cabinet is great. Love playing it. Easy to assemble compared to some cabinets. Some of the assembly pictures don’t match hole locations of the actual pieces. Had one decent bang mark on the side art on the corner. The main reason it lost a star is because it is advertised in the description as having a light up marquee. IT DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT UP MARQUEE.

You get what you pay for. Overall satisfied. The game does glitch / freeze up from time to time, but nothing horrible or too annoying.

The guns on the game are not very good. I know it’s an arcade game but it would have been nice if there’s a lazer light on the end each riffle.
