Do blades fit Milwaukee

Yes sir, milwaukee plug in/supersawzall/2719, rigid, ryobi ,hackzall,craftsman,and both my plug and 20 dewalts. It's a good deal, the case has actually held up even tho I don't use the "flap" I simply put my much larger 5+7tpi blades loose and roll it up. The bi metal wear very quickly and I suggest when using the woods to keep it moving as the blades wear quickly with heat so don't hold it on your tongue guard too long if possible. Those closer teeth will scorch and dull immediately. But all in all GREAT DEAL. And the set I bought for my girlfriend and her little ryobi hack do great in her garden and backyard projects. Not so much commercial work but again: for the process you simply can't be upset with burning thru them compared to 12$ a pc Bosch demo 12" respectively lol. Good luck with your projects! Strongly recommend!!

Does this fit in a kobalt saw?

Most saw blades for reciprocating saws are standard to fit. I just bought a different brand and it fit the Ryobi, so to answer your question, the fitting for the blades I think are universal standards.
