Eu adorei esse massageador de rolo de gelo! Ele é fácil de usar e muito prático, pois o silicone é flexível e o design permite uma aplicação precisa. Tenho usado principalmente no rosto e pescoço, e já percebo uma melhora na aparência das bolsas e um alívio nas áreas onde geralmente fico mais tenso. Além disso, senti que ajuda a reduzir as dores de cabeça quando uso nas têmporas. O fato de ser reutilizável é um grande diferencial. Hand Held Ice Roller
I bought this product for rolling sore muscles and cryotherapy for my face. It’s cute, easy to use, and effective. It lives in my freezer 24/7 ready to be used. The pill shape is great for targeting sore muscles and I get multiple uses out of it before having to refill. This is a good product to have in your fridge.

Amazing product for the price!
Hands down one of my favorite purchases ever! This has become such a crucial step in my morning routine, I cannot go without it! Had a little trial and error with the first use due to not reading the instructions.. lol but now that I have it down, it’s super convenient and sooo relaxing. Before I take my morning shower I let it set out to thaw, and by the time I am done it’s easy to open and ready to use! I have been using it for a little over a month now and can definitely tell it has helped reduce the inflammation in my face and it always leaves me feeling awake and refreshed afterwards. Amazing product AND under $10, you can’t beat that!

easy to use!
This product is easy to use. you just fill up the top with water and wait for it to freeze. you can add things in the water but it does not come with anything but the silicone container. quality is nice but sometimes when trying to pull the pieces apart it is hard to get them to come apart and sometimes the ice will split like in this photo which makes it very hard to use
