Keeping cholesterol down
My husband and I have been taking this for approximately 3 months now. We quit taking our “stat…” meds and only take this. Our numbers are down.

The capsule is on the larger side to me, but fairly easy to swallow. My doctor said I could these vs. being prescribed a statin so I was happy about that. Waiting to see their impact after lab draws.

Expensive
I think this product is too expensive especially considering you have to take two a day so this bottle of 60 capsules only lasts one month. Didn't really seem to help in lowering cholesterol, but then I only took it for one month and then switched to something else.
