My daughter was OBSESSED with this. She does her makeup every morning just like me. She often paints herself up like a little trollop. I don't mind because it only stays vibrant for about 10 minutes. Which might be a con to some people, but I find that's the perfect amount of time for her to be pleased with herself but it washes off easy and I'm spared from the judgement of others by the time we go out in public. She also does her bedtime makeup after her bath lol. I also don't mind because it doesn't cause any skin irritationand doesn't leave streaks on her pillows. She also plays beauty salon on her dad, and that's also okay because it comes off easily with a wipe. Toddlers wearing makeup is controversial where I live, but this is PERFECT for any toddler that just won't leave your fancy makeup alone. (My tot actually maintains this makeup is better than mine.)
