FitAir Oxy Air Purifier

OMG OMG OMG! Best invention of the year! tiny little air pulifier, works with 4 batteries that came with it, you can store it in the fridge and it kills the odour! and it works in the fridge! it switches itself off after few minutes to save the battery, you can manually switch it on when you need it to work!

I have 4 of these - I use these in my cat litter cupboards next to the litter tray and in my shoe cupboards. They are fantastic, can't recommend enough! My home no longer smells like one large cat-toilet-cum-boot-room! The only down side is that they use up batteries pretty fast, so I bulk buy batteries, and have a nice odour free home. I'm also going to get one of the larger mains powers version to supplement these.

Just an amazing product. I've put it in our cafe loos to get rid of the 'whiff' and this has solved the problem!Just smells clean and not sickly sweet like some air fresheners.

Does the job. Bought this to put near a litter tray and purify the smells away. Works very well under the stairs where we built a "Cat Cave". So handy being battery powered.

This product was bought on the basis of reviews that have been posted. Well, the first thing you note is the really weird set up in installing batteries - this requires you to bend springs out the way to fill batteries into the lower half of the battery compartment (it takes 4 batteries). I suspected that this might not be the best design and weirdly enough it lasted three battery changes before one of the connectors fell out and could not be replaced.I contacted the vendor and was permitted to send the thing back and they agreed to a refund. I then got an email saying that they would send a replacement (what happened to the refund?). Never mind, I might have more luck. The replacement has apparently been dispatched but will take up to tem days to get to me - why? Have they strapped it to a pony? I am still waiting for my replacement and I am rapidly giving up hope of ever seeing this.As to the product itself. Well, poorly made and it drains batteries like you would not believe - the comments that this thing is light on batteries certainly does not reflect my experience and if you are going to buy one then get some rechargeable batteries or the unit cost is going to go through the roof. Did it deal with the smells ?(under my sink) - no. I will however save on batteries when my replacement arrives by not putting any in - I might use it as a paperweight.I am now using the Airwick system that squirts freshener every so often and that has proven 100 times better.

Unfortunately had to return it as it produced ozone, so not for me. But a shame as it was such a nice little unit.

Brilliant. Works well. Makes huge difference. Year and a half later, still going strong. No safery worries about leaving the electric on either.
