These arrived in perfect condition (product, box, outer box) and are shipped with a temporary "form" that helps keep the material/shoe in tact (keeps it from wrinkling during shipping). I pulled them out of the packaging and they were perfect. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 and they were the perfect fit. The material is SO soft - they feel more like slippers than shoes! I am so happy about these shoes - they are the exact color shown in the image so they go with all my jeans perfectly and the style is trending right now. I have worn them to work twice and they are a dream to wear. I've gone back and ordered 3 more pairs from this seller (all suede) - black, burgandy, and camel. I can't wait for their arrival!

They look really nice but they are super tight and make your feet blister when you wear them. They are hard to break-in because or the material they are made of. I recommend ordering a bigger size than you would normally wear to prevent blisters.
