This was very functional and exceptionally easy to set up. Heated right up to my desired temp and held it without a problem. This was summer time, so winter function might be a bit different.

The motor died within 3 weeks, however with several weeks of asking for a refund, I did get one. Size was perfect for us, water was perfect temp. Just didn’t last very long and it was our 4th. With them usually lasting a couple years. This one died before a month.

Our Church purchased it to use as a baptistery which we will use this Sunday we have 10 signed up to be baptized. It is perfect size and it was easy to put up, it’s ready to go, looks great. Would love to post a picture if possible after Sunday on the review.

This is the perfect little hot tub for someone who can’t afford or has the space for a regular one. Mine did arrive with a faulty heating element, but the seller sent me a new heating element to install. It was a really big pain to replace it, and it did not come with any instructions, and required splicing wires and dismantling the entire control panel and pump system. But it did work once I installed it. I’d recommend asking for a full product replacement in the event of heat failure, unless you are really handy and confident in your tinkering ability to install the new heating element.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE . The oval hot-tub is perfect for two people, and half the amount of water compared to a regular circular inflatable tub. Spacious and durable, love the jet bubbles, it gets hot 104 degrees easily, when alternating temperatures on panel intermittently. Our tub is outside, under our covered patio. This Hot-Tub survived a cold winter in East Tn. We purchased the thermal cover and elevated the tub onto a 3 inch durable foam panel, cut to fit tub. No complications. After almost a year of having this tub, there was an issue with the control panel. We troubleshooted then contacted the seller for assistance. A NEW Hot-Tub showed up at our door the next week. It was nice to be treated like a VIP customer. Thank you from Knoxville.

Was decent but only lasted about 2 years. I took it down in the winter and put it back up in spring since it gets pretty cold during the winter and the heater couldn’t keep up. Just put it up today and realized there’s a leak coming from somewhere I can’t even get to. Not worth the money for only about 12 months of use all together.

Was great for the first several months at 104°F. One day it stopped keeping that temp and will only hold between 89-93°F. Have cycled the power several times and the filters were changed on a monthly basis. Water quality has always been maintained even when not in use for a few weeks. I understand the life of these hot tub/spas are finite, but 4 months is far beyond expectation. I will be contacting the company IRT the 12-month Warranty and will update this review accordingly. Update: Company has had very good contact with me and are sending a replacement part. Once it's installed and working properly, I will update the rating further. It's a great tub for 2 people and easily maintained. Having a difficult time reaching anyone for Warranty action.

Easy to put up, still heats up in a few hours after months of use. I do change the filter every couple weeks. Just deflated and put it away because I am pregnant and it was easy to empty, deflate and fold away in original provided bag. Looking forward to pulling it back out next year!
