I received the chair and unpacked it. Everything that was there looked in good shape but no instructions were anywhere to be found. The assembly didn't look too hard but there where 2 of the same size screws but in different lengths. I was concerned that if I put the long screws into the wrong cap nuts, that I might crack the wooden part of the chair or cause a rip in the leather. I emailed the company and quickly got a basic form type letter. In it they asked for missing part numbers that would be listed in the instructions and a lot of other information. I sent back what I could and informed them I didn't know if parts were missing because there were NO INSTRUCTIONS included to show the parts and numbers. All they needed to do was email me a simple set of instructions and that should have been that. So far (it's now the weekend) it's been a few days and I have yet to have any more email contacts from them. I eventually figured out the assembly and the chair appears fine and operates O.K., but not because of support from manufacturer.

It's more of a task chair than an all-day chair. I sit at my computer for several hours a day, but tend to lean forward most of the time so I don't need a super comfy executive chair with all the features so this chair work great for me. It looks great, and seems to be decent quality for the price. If you need an ergonomic support chair, this is not for you, but if you just want a lightweight chair to zip around in that doesn't take up much room, then this will get the job done.

Great chair for the price! The only thing that annoys me is when I get up it, you can hear the air from the cushion resetting but it's comfy and stylish and looks great in my office!

Very hard. Doesn't adjust low enough to use for Zoom with laptop on the desk.

This is not the best quality - I had to reorder it to gather one. The first one was missing the mounting bolts and the second was missing one of the buttons on the seat. So from the two boxes I manage to gather one chair. It is firm.

Easy assembly and quality chair. Looks amazing as well because of its modern design. Got more value from it, too, because I purchased the refurbished item. I can see where the defect was - which likely happened because the previous buyer damaged it - yet it doesn't show enough and doesn't impact the chair's functionality. The one complaint is that the refurbished version didn't come with directions. Simple solution: Went to the Internet and found them in PDF.

This chair is beautiful. I use the versatility of the height adjustment to work on my paintings either at my table or easel. So easy to set up.

This chair is great! Extremely easy to assemble. I assembled it without the instructions in 10 min. Conforable and I love the wood! It's worth every penny. I highly recommend it.
