I had to have a thumb nail removed and this product is EXCELLENT for providing a double layer of cushioning over my dressing - easy to apply and keeps everything in place - highly recommended

Late last fall, I lost half my pinky finger in a industrial accident. After the stitches were removed, I needed some kind of protection to bumps and the cold that did not use adhesive. I cut the cots in half since I did not need the length for a normal finger. They fit inside my gloves, protected the finger from rubbing sensitivity, and helped tremendously with the cold. I wore them constantly for months and the twisted end formed a 'bump' cushion that really helped protect the very sensitive end. I even gave my surgeon some to try and he ended up ordering them for his office to give out to patients. All in all, these cots really, really made a huge difference in protection and comfort.

These are a bit strange but I have come to rely on them so often. I use my hands all day and sometimes, when my fingers get dry, they hurt. Well, I just put heavy cream on my fingers and roll these over and they work perfect for sleeping. They don't slip off and there's no adhesive to peel apart or get stuck to my night clothes. They take a little practice to get used to, but once you figure it out they are great 👍 👌.

I am not wearing this as designed. I severed the tip of my middle finger 3 days ago and it is oh, so sensitive. I place this over the finger and it fits perfectly without pressure on the finger. I do not twist the end and roll the other piece down, I just leave it balled up over the stump to protect it when I put the splint on it. Total game changer! The Ortho office put stretchy sticky bandage around it and by the second morning it felt like it was pushing on the end too much and I couldn't wait to get it off! This is so much more comfortable yet protective!

They work great. I had a crack in my finger that wouldn’t heal. I used these and they worked so well. Fingertip bandages weren’t staying on. These I could take off to wash my hands and when dry I would slip it back on.Purchase a second box

Neat idea but they roll off fairly easy. Especially fall off if sleeping with it. Other better options

UPDATE: the company reached out to me soon after I posted this review and gave me a refund for my purchase. Great customer service.These are way too tight on my fingers. I got the smallest size since I have small hands and fingers and it’s uncomfortable to keep on. Went to return to get the larger size and this is not a returnable item. So beware! If the size would have been correct these would have been great though
