Good tap and IBC adapter but depends on your particular tank model for fit
The tap seems to be a well made brass construction, it is a good fit into the plastic IBC cap, although I used some PTFE tape as a precaution - I would do this on all plumbing compression joints anyway.The cap screws happily on to the IBC tank but ends up with the tap upside down - this is simply a function of the number of turns to get it on and tight. I could choose to use it like this with a short hose attached, but I have sent off for an "O" ring to hopefully offset the turns required so the tap will be the right way up and still water tight!

Tank adapter
Used this to convert a new 25ltr drum into a water carrier. I used some ptfe tape on the taps thread as a precaution but this does the trick. No leaks when the drum is laid on its side. The tap and cap is well made. Happy with my purchase.

Good tap did the job did say to use ptfe tape which we did glad we used as was leaking without it.

Very happy but not fully brass!
Works well for my large IBC water tank we use for rain collection, very easy to install as it is a simple screw on fixture.Would recommend some plumbing tape for a more water-tight sealGiving 4/5 stars because the whole tap wasn't brass, please see the photos
