Add me to the choir! It was impossible not to purchase this popcorn maker after reading the rave reviews and I'm here to echo those sentiments as it's a really great invention! So much simpler than an electric air popper or using a bag or bowl in the microwave. Just fill, pop, and enjoy fresh, evenly popped popcorn with zero unhealthy additives! You may have to experiment with the timing on your microwave to find the sweet spot. Or, in this case, the sweet pop. :)

Perfect for small batches. You can even add butter before popping. The same bowl can be used to eat from if you give it a minute to cool down.

We love popcorn. I don't want the chemicals from the bagged microwave popcorn. So I wanted to try this. It does take a few tries to get it right, but even the first few batches were so good. I Just put too much popcorn in and did not time it right. I had some un-popped kernels, so I use less now and increase the time, all of it pop's. The only draw back is you have to melt butter in another bowl. Not really a big issue. The taste is great and the container is just the right size for most people, Not us though. I have to make a second batch we love it so much. I even tried it with no butter at all. Not my favorite but still very good. One review said she had used some oil and butter in the unit. The instructions say not to do this but I tried it and the taste was wonderful. Don't know that I will do it again but wanted to try it. I definitely would buy this Salbree again. Well worth the money. I also love the shape and collapsible feature. Fit's neatly away. It pops so clean you can just wipe the inside and it's ready for another use.
