Sharp, stylish, and very comfortable to use
I bought this knife after my previous paring knife from a different set broke, and I specifically wanted something with a similar size and shape. This one turned out to be a great replacement. The knife is very sharp and cuts extremely well. It’s perfect for small kitchen tasks like peeling, trimming, and precise cutting. Beautiful knife! Edge and balance is great!! The size is perfect for the small vegetable work, with a comfortable well formed wood handle. The weight seems perfect without an oddly heavy feel. I will probably buy a few more knives from this company. I have not needed to sharpen it as yet so the edge retention seems good. Includes a plastic blade sheath to protect the blade in the draw. A great gift for any home cook or young chef.

This knife is a replacement for a Japanese knife that went missing. This new knife exceeded my expectations! It is well balanced, well made and a joy to use. I'm a happy camper!!

Great Knife!
