It Is OK.
I bought this to keep my head warm after I shave it,gets cold in the winter,I find it a little small and tight, also kind of scratchy, quality is good but not for me,I tried a different brand, and really like it, made of cotton not scratchy and very comfortable, this is just my opinion of the product.

Stays on, a little snug
Bought this as a sleeping cap because we like to keep the bedroom cool. It stayed on well, but was a little too snug to wear all night.

Warm and comfortable
I use a couple of these to help keep my head warm and protected post surgery. Almost 100% during gym workouts but may be using them elsewhere. It stays on my head and does not move around. Air flows so my head does not overheat. Have not used in a pool but will likely, no reason to think it wouldn't be just as comfortable.

For the price and decent reputable brand, it is a good buy. I have trees around the house, so I wear a rain biking helmet when I am outside. Still April in the NW and chilly. I have been shaving my head since covid, and my head feels cold. I have a few mountaineering caps but too bulky for helmet. Also want to save fancy stuff for real trips because they are expensive. This affordable and good quality cap meets my needs. I have round and normal size for Asians. Not sure if it might be tight for some.
